Compression tape designed to relieve leg cramps, comprising a compression tape body, airbag, air pump, processor, flexible electrode and vibration massage apparatus;a Velcro closure is provided at the edge of an inner side and an outer edge of the compression tape body and the compression tape body is designed as an intermediate layer structure;the airbag is provided in an intermediate layer and the airbag is divided into several interconnected airbag chambers;the air pump and the processor are positioned at a side edge of the interlayer;the flexible electrode and the vibration massage apparatus are positioned on an inner layer of the compression tape body adjacent to the skin;the flexible electrode is located at the upper and lower end of the compression tape body;that both the flexible electrode and the vibration massage apparatus are connected to the processor by means of metal wires or conductive fibres;the processor is also connected to a wireless communication unit and a charging unit and a charging connection of the charging unit runs through the inner layer of the compression tape body.
