To provide a laser chip, a laser treatment instrument, a laser treatment device and a laser treatment system in which the flow of blood can reliably be stopped in the laser medical treatment.SOLUTION: A laser chip 70 is mounted at the tip of a laser transmission line 60. The laser chip is constituted of a mounting part 71 having an emission side of a laser transmission body 63 opened and detachably constituted to laser transmission line 60, a cylindrical cover part 72 extended from the mounting part 71 to the tip side along an optical axis direction D of a laser beam 57a, and a bottomed tip bottom 73 provided at the tip side in the cover part 72. The laser chip is characterized in that an irradiation space S irradiated by the laser beam 57a is formed in the inside, and the tip bottom 73 absorbs a portion of at least the laser beam 57a and is heated without the transmission of the irradiated laser beam 57a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
