To provide a vibrationproof grommet which can be easily inserted into an insertion hole formed at a bracket for supporting an on-vehicle precision apparatus, and is hardly withdrawn therefrom, and a vibrationproof structure using the vibrationproof grommet.SOLUTION: A vibrationproof grommet comprises: a cylindrical grommet main body 1b which is formed of a rubbery elastic material; a grommet conical pedestal part 1a which is diameter-contracted toward a tip side in a tapered shape; an annular groove 4 formed at a connection region of these items; an insertion hole 2 penetrating in an axial direction; a plurality of oblong grooves 5a formed at an internal peripheral face of the insertion hole 2; and an inclined groove 5b which is formed over an inclined part 6 from an apex 3 of the grommet conical pedestal part 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
