The main body of this invention comprises: a power-on time measuring unit (32) which measures the time which power is supplied from an external power supply to the main body; and an operating time measuring unit (34) which measures the operating time of a blower. The main body also has a totalizing unit (35) which calculates the cumulative operating time measured by the operating time measuring unit (34) or calculates the cumulative power-on time by totalizing the power-on time measured by the power-on time measuring unit (32); and a notification unit (37) which performs control to display the fact that the time has arrived to clean a filter, if either the cumulative operating time or cumulative power-on time totalized by the totalizing unit (35) reaches a predetermined reference condition. Depending on the operating mode of the blower, the totalizing unit (35) totalizes a greater operating time in an operating mode which has a relatively high air flow, compared to an operating mode which has a relatively low air flow.
