The invention relates to a manufacturing and automatic finish machining process for a pump body impeller, and the manufacturing and automatic finish machining process is mainly accomplished by integrating a pump body impeller manufacturing and automatic finish machining device. The pump body impeller manufacturing and automatic finish machining device comprises a supporting device, a clearing device and a grinding device, wherein the clearing device is mounted inside the supporting device; the grinding device is arranged above the clearing device; and the grinding device is mounted on the supporting device. The manufacturing and automatic finish machining process can solve the problems that an existing device is not high in use flexibility during impeller end surface grinding, cannot timely cool a great deal of heat generated on an impeller surface in a grinding process, cannot timely clear metal residues, scrap iron and the like generated on a grinding surface, and is low in grindingquality.
