A data center management method and a data center management device are provided. According to this data center management method, when environmental data and workload data of the data center are input, the probability of failure is calculated using the learned predictive model, and the virtual resources of the data center are rearranged according to the calculated probability of failure. As a result, failure management risk can be minimized even in a micro data center environment, and the possibility of failure can be minimized through workload prediction.
