The invention relates to a new type of ligament system aimed at protecting the ligaments and tendons of the ankle and their ligament insertions (internal or external). This ligament system comprises: an attachment bracelet (1) higher than the ankle (malleolar), serving as an insertion for a ligament link (2) which passes as a bridge over the ankle and which in turn serves as an insertion low to a binding system (3) to be fitted laterally on a shoe in its upper-lateral part. The goal is therefore to create a ligament system which will: Connect the ankle (at the proximal level: at the top) with the shoe (at the distal level: at the bottom) laterally. Prevent the shoe from rotating so we will have an attachment point at the distal level on the shoe (in upper external or upper internal or both) and at the proximal level around the ankle (same side or side opposite to the distal attachment) To be a system external to the shoe and the foot.
