Disclosed are an oil-water-cooled electric drive assembly and a new energy automobile, solving the problem of heat dissipation during the continuous high-speed operation of a speed reducer of a new energy automobile. The electric drive assembly comprises a motor assembly, a speed reducer assembly, a water cooling assembly, and an oil cooling assembly. The oil cooling assembly is provided with three oil cooling channels which can guide lubricating oil in the speed reducer to front and rear windings of a motor, so that the cooling performance of the motor is improved; and a motor shaft oil seal is omitted, so that the cost of the drive assembly is reduced, and therefore, transmission efficiency is improved. According to the water cooling assembly, a motor shell is cooled by means of a motor water jacket. The lubricating oil in a speed reducer shell is cooled by means of a radiator at the bottom of the speed reducer. Thus, a heat dissipation problem generated when a new energy speed reducer continuously operates at a high speed is solved, and the service life of a gear and a bearing is prolonged, and the reliability of the gear and the bearing is improved.
