DISCHARGE APPARATUS AND DISCHARGE METHOD FOR DIRECT-CURRENT VOLTAGE WITHSTAND TEST OF OIL-FILLED SUBMARINE CABLE

A discharge apparatus and a discharge method for a direct-current voltage withstand test of an oil-filled submarine cable. The discharge apparatus comprises a discharge trolley, a pull rod, a discharge resistor, a transmission apparatus and a high-voltage wire; the discharge trolley comprises a discharge tip, a universal ball, a pulley and a body, the pulley is mounted on a side surface of the body and is connected to the pull rod in a rolling manner, the universal ball is rotatably mounted on an upper end of the body, the discharge tip is fixed on the universal ball; and the transmission device is used for driving the discharge trolley to slide along the pull rod to bring the discharge tip into or out of contact with a device to be discharged. The present invention can quickly release residual charges accumulated on the body of the tested device, effectively improving the efficiency of the voltage withstand test, and ensuring the safety of the voltage withstand test.
