A method, apparatus, and device for blocking a signaling storm, and a storage medium, all belonging to the technical field of networking. The method comprises: obtaining traffic statistics information, "traffic statistics information" meaning traffic performance indicator statistics and output information; performing signaling storm detection on the basis of the traffic statistics information; when a signaling storm is detected, obtaining a call history record (CHR) log for at least one piece of user equipment (UE), "CHR log" meaning a log file used to record a problem occurring during a call of a user; determining a target UE on the basis of the CHR log for at least one UE, "target UE" meaning a UE that produced signaling causing the signaling storm; performing signal blocking on the target UE. By means of performing signaling storm detection on the basis of traffic statistics information, and, when a signaling storm is detected, determining, on the basis of a CHR log of a UE, a target UE that produced signaling causing the signaling storm, and also by means of performing signaling blocking on said target UE, the present method allows a signaling storm to be more accurately blocked, improving blocking effect.
