The invention relates to the automated optimization of efficient cash servicing of cash transaction points by means of the automated prediction of the financial demand on transaction points for a given time period, taking into consideration data about the state of each transaction point. The invention describes a computerized method for optimizing the cash servicing of cash transaction points, which is performed with the aid of a processor and includes: obtaining data from transaction points over a given period of time, said transaction points being self-service devices and/or banking centres and said data including information about the location of the transaction points, the status and operation history of the transaction points and the amount of funds at each transaction point; processing the status and operation history data of the transaction points; predicting, with the aid of a machine learning algorithm, the flow of cash at each transaction point on the basis of the processed status and operation history data of the transaction points; optimizing the cash servicing of the transaction points on the basis of the prediction made for a given time period, which includes generating a matrix of the state of the transaction points that contains cash servicing implementation parameters.
