The present invention relates to a method of improving the activity and stability of a cathode by infiltrating SSC into the surface of a porous cathode using an ultrasonic device, and more particularly, using an ultrasonic spray technique on the surface of a porous cathode, SSC (Sm 1- x Sr x CoO 3-δ , where 0.1≦x≦0.8, 0≦δ≦0.1) is infiltrated to coat the SSC thin film, thereby improving the performance and stability of the cathode. The present invention can be usefully applied to a large-area cell to significantly improve an electrode of a fuel cell at a low cost.
