The present invention discloses a safe production method of rice in medium and mild heavy metal contaminated soil.This method reduces the activity of the soil heavy metals by using an inactivation agent before rice planting, and then leaves foliage barrier from the tillering stage of rice plant and sprays of rice plant by the ripening stage of rice.The inactivation agent includes bentonite, gypsum powder, lime, bio charcoal, iron based biochar, sustained release iron based biochar, iron sulfur silicon composite biochar, heavy metal cadmium inactivation agent that activates rice soil sulfur reducing bacteria activity, and cadmium arsenic synchronous inactivation agent.The foliar barrier is acid silica sol, selenium silicon composite sol, cerium composite silica sol and ferrous modified selensol.The method of the present invention can further utilize a nitrate nitrogen fertilizer in the seedling stage of rice, and / or to add phosphorus and potassium fertilizer to the tillering stage of rice.The present invention controls the absorption and accumulation of heavy metals at different stages of the rice whole growth period, and the technological means is highly targeted, effective, and can be produced in the medium and lightly polluted paddy fields.No selection
