To improve strength both before and after joining while allowing for easy positioning during joining.SOLUTION: A concrete floor slab joint structure 1 in which a first end face 11 of a first concrete floor slab 10 and a second end face 21 of a second concrete floor slab 20 are joined, comprises: a protrusion 12 provided on the first end face 11 of the first concrete floor slab 10 and a recess 22 provided on the second end face 21 of the second concrete floor slab 20. The protrusion 12 and recess 22 are fitted with each other, thus the first end face 11 of the first concrete floor slab 10 and the second end face 21 of the second concrete floor slab 20 can be easily aligned, and positioning facilitated during joining. Further, as the protrusion 12 and the recess 22 are formed of a fiber reinforcement concrete 93, the strength of the protrusion 12 and the recess 22 both before and after joining can be improved.
