Disclosed is a filter cleaning method for dust collection used in a laser drilling operation. In the present invention, the control device sprays the washing water onto the outer surface of the filter through the washing water spray nozzle, and supplies hot air to the filter through the hot air supply module. According to the present invention, by spraying air from the inside of the filter to the outside, foreign matters are removed from the filter and the washing water is sprayed on the outer surface of the filter while rotating the filter, thereby enabling rapid and efficient cleaning of the filter. When the washing of the cleaning is completed, by supplying hot air, a rapid drying process is possible. In addition, according to the present invention, not only can the external environment pollution due to the washing water required in the filter washing process be prevented, but also the washing water can be semi-permanently reused, thereby enabling eco-friendly washing treatment of the filter.
