FIELD: water treatment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing drinking water using electrochemical cleaning method and can be used for development and creation of drinking water preparation devices for apartments, offices, medical institutions, public catering enterprises, units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, and so forth. Initial water is fed under pressure, purified from mechanical impurities, rapid monitoring of significant parameters (pH and ORP) with indication of measurement results on the scoreboard. Then water is heated and its bactericidal treatment. Water flow is converted to laminar flow at preset rate and magnetic treatment is performed. Further, water is fed into a treatment reactor with soluble electrodes and into a settling reactor with a packet of insoluble electrodes. Electrochemical treatment processes are displayed on the scoreboard; additionally, instantaneous control of consumer characteristics (pH and ORP) of the produced water is performed upon completion of electroflotation processes and removal of the coagulant. Water is poured into a storage container. In process of water supply from storage container consumers are subjected to magnetic treatment. Power supply is performed from power supply network or autonomous electric power source.;EFFECT: production of water satisfying all sanitary-and-epidemiological and organoleptic requirements, provision of comfort for providing consumer with information on operability of the device as a whole, as well as some data on initial and treated water (pH and ORP).;1 cl, 1 dwg
