In the present invention, by pre-fabricating the rib protruding upward as a precast member, it is possible to locate the required position of the half-body formwork for forming the half PC slab body without the need for a secondary installation process such as a rib formwork for forming a rib on the upper part of the slab body. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a half PC slab using precast ribs reinforced with mesh mesh to be installed and made by pouring concrete, and a half PC slab using precast ribs reinforced with mesh mesh produced thereby. A preferred embodiment of a method for manufacturing a half PC slab using a precast rib reinforced with a mesh mesh of the present invention is to connect (a) a pair of side portions configured to be spaced apart from each other and an upper end portion of the pair of side portions. Pre-fabricating a mesh member reinforced with a mesh mesh made of a top surface portion and a mesh mesh made of concrete poured into the mesh body; (b) installing a half body formwork; (c) reinforcing reinforcing bars in the longitudinal and width directions in the half-body formwork; (d) arranging at least one pull-on end mesh member reinforced with a mesh mesh in the longitudinal direction inside the half-body mold so as to face the upper portion of the upper surface portion; (e) forming a half PC slab body by pouring concrete so as to be buried to a predetermined height at the lower end of the side portion of the pull-out end mesh member inside the half-body formwork.
