The present invention relates to a composition for analyzing a food source contained in the stomach contents of Boguchi and a method of analyzing a food source using the same. The composition for analyzing Boguchi food source of the present invention is effective for Boguchi food source because it can amplify the DNA of Boguchi itself and the DNA of Boguchi food source, which is a predatory fish, so that DNA of Boguchi itself can be excluded during DNA analysis. As it can be analyzed as, it can be usefully used for analyzing Boguchi food sources.
