The rock board comprises the following components in parts by weight: 600-920 parts of inorganic active powder having an average particle size of 5-40 µm; 900-1,200 parts of sand having a particle size not greater than 4.75 mm; 32-80 parts of solid alcohol; 14-20 parts of high performance admixture; 5-10 parts of pigment powder; 0.01-0.05 part of a retarder; 10-20 parts of a water repellent; and a water to binder ratio of 0.2-0.25. The artificial porous volcanic rock board has the characteristics such as lifelike effect, low water absorption, light weight, bright color, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, compressive strength greater than 100 MPa, bending strength greater than 14 MPa, good decorative effect, and relatively low price, solves the problems of poor mechanical property and durability of the natural volcanic rock stone, has a wide range of raw materials, can realize industrial production, has high production efficiency, solves the problems of limited resources and high cost of the natural volcanic rock board, can solve the problems of color difference and insufficiently bright color of the natural volcanic rock board, and improves the decorative effect of the inorganic decorative board.
