A phase-change thermal storage material-based die casting method for a battery temperature control suite, comprising the following steps: acquiring a phase-change thermal storage material powder body which includes a phase-change material powder body and a modifier material powder body (101); stirring the phase-change thermal storage material powder body to obtain an uniformly stirred phase-change thermal storage material powder body (102); and adding the uniformly stirred phase-change thermal storage material powder body into a die for compression to obtain the battery temperature control suite (103). The phase-change thermal storage material powder body-based die casting method reduces manufacturing cost and is simple in manufacturing process.
