A method for increasing eMMC write efficiency and accuracy, comprising the following steps: Step 1 - using non-volatile random access memory to replace a static random access memory, so as to act as an eMMC cache region; Step 2 - setting cache on as a default state; Step 3 - when a host computer sets the eMMC to switch to cache off, ignoring said operation. Using non-volatile random access memory such as magnetic random access memory (MRAM) or ferroelectric memory (FRAM) to replace static random access memory as a cache region of an eMMC has functionality of high-speed reading and writing for static random access memory, and also prevents data loss when power goes out, preventing data loss because of power outage during cache on, causing eMMC to constantly be in a cache on state, decreasing time consumed in writing, and effectively decreasing risk of data loss, increasing accuracy and write efficiency.
