A nuclear magnetic resonance coil array (1) and a decoupling method thereof, and a nuclear magnetic resonance detection device. The coil array (1) comprises: a coil resonance unit and a decoupling network unit, wherein the coil resonance unit comprises a plurality of coil resonance circuits (31-34); the decoupling network unit comprises a plurality of decoupling circuits; a coil resonance circuit (31-34) comprises a coil (L1-L4) and a resonant capacitor (C1); the resonant capacitor (C1) in each coil resonance circuit (31-34) is connected in parallel with the coil (L1-L4); the coils (L1-L4) in each coil resonance circuit (31-34) are equally spaced on the circumference; a decoupling circuit is provided between an identically named end and a differently named end of adjacent coils (L1-L4); each coil (L1-L4) is simultaneously connected to an antenna switching circuit (2) of a nuclear magnetic resonance detection device, and is used to sequentially transmit a nuclear magnetic resonance signal under the control of the antenna switching circuit (2); each resonant capacitor (C1) is used to tune the transmit frequency of the corresponding nuclear magnetic resonance signal; and the decoupling circuit is used to eliminate the mutual inductance coupling between adjacent coils (L1-L4).
