A method for preparing a miniature intelligent calcium alginate hydrogel end operator on the basis of different microelectrodes. The method comprises: an electrodeposition step: enabling a deposition solution to be deposited on the surface of an anode, washing the anode in a HEPES buffer for five minutes until all hydrogel microstructures are separated from FTO glass; a treatment step: transferring an obtained hydrogel microstructure to a calcium chloride solution, and enabling the hydrogel microstructure to achieve sufficient self-winding; and a collection step: collecting a self-wound alginate single layer film microstructure in a culture dish, and placing the dish in a specific environment for preservation.
