Disclosed are an intelligent linkage opening and closing cover device and an electric toothbrush sterilizer provided with same, the linkage opening and closing cover device comprising a storage base, a cover body and a linkage mechanism. The storage base has a storage cavity for receiving an electric toothbrush, and the storage cavity has an opening for inserting the electric toothbrush. The cover body is pivoted to the storage base and may pivot between an open position in which the opening is open and a closed position in which the opening is closed. The linkage mechanism is disposed between the storage base and the cover body, and is configured so that when the cover body rotates from the closed position to the open position, the cover body forces the linkage mechanism to drive the electric toothbrush to move such that a handle of the electric toothbrush extends out of the opening. According to the linkage opening and closing cover device provided by embodiments of the present invention, the cover body may be opened to form a linkage with the electric toothbrush, the electric toothbrush is very simple and convenient to take out, and the technical problem in which the electric toothbrush is hard to take out after being inserted into the storage cavity is solved.
