PLASTIC LIGHT-CONVERTING AGRICULTURAL FILM HAVING LONG-LASTING LIGHT CONVERSION EFFECT, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

The present application belongs to the field of agricultural films, and discloses a plastic light-converting agricultural film having a long-lasting light conversion effect, and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following processes: (1) mixing liquid glass, deionized water, an inorganic rare earth light conversion agent, and ceramic microspheres into a slurry, and then subjecting the slurry to spray granulation to obtain a complex inorganic rare earth light conversion agent; and (2) evenly mixing the complex inorganic rare earth light conversion agent with a matrix resin, a plasticizer and an antioxidant, and subjecting the mixture to film blowing in a film blowing machine to obtain the light-converting plastic agricultural film having a long-lasting light conversion effect . The spherical complex inorganic rare earth light conversion agent obtained according to the present application facilitates homogeneous dispersion thereof in the film matrix, does not agglomerate easily, has improved flow properties, possesses good compatibility with the matrix resin, is chemically stable, does not precipitate on a surface, has a nice appearance and finish, has excellently water resistance, and provides a long-lasting light conversion effect. The agricultural film obtained has excellent homogeneity, is a light-converting plastic agricultural film having effectively enhanced light conversion efficiency, and has a wide range of applications.
