Disclosed is an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly gas stove with a coiled double-layered dividing-wall type regenerator, the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly gas stove comprising a heat insulation combustion cavity (1), a porous ceramic plate combustor (2), a smoke gas port (6), a smoke gas pipe (7), a pot bottom support (8), a lifting sealing pot support ring (9), lifting sealing pot support ring springs (10), an air and fuel gas full premixing pipe (11), a fuel gas nozzle (12), the coiled double-layered dividing-wall type heat regenerator (13), an air inlet (14) of the coiled double-layered dividing-wall type heat regenerator, an air outlet (15) of the coiled double-layered dividing-wall type heat regenerator, a waste gas inlet (16) of the coiled double-layered dividing-wall type heat regenerator, a waste gas outlet (17) of the coiled double-layered dividing-wall type heat regenerator, a combustion-supporting air blower (18), a fuel gas inlet pipe (19), a fuel gas regulation and ignition part, a gas discharging pipe (27), a gas stove shell (28), a perforated high-temperature-resistant glass panel (29), and lifting sealing pot support ring positioning bolts (30). A pot, the heat insulation combustion cavity (1) and the lifting sealing pot support ring (9) form a closed combustion cavity, such that the effects that heated high-temperature waste gas is discharged into the smoke gas pipe (7) from the smoke gas port (6) under the forced ventilation action of the combustion-supporting air blower (18) and is then discharged into a waste gas channel of the coiled double-layered dividing-wall type heat regenerator (13) to be subjected to heat release cooling are achieved; reverse-direction-flowing normal-temperature air that is forcedly fed by means of the combustion-supporting air blower (18) enters a heated air channel pipe of the coiled double-layered dividing-wall heat regenerator (13) to be subjected to flowing heat exchange heating, and the waste gas is fully discharged from a kitchen by means of the gas discharging pipe (27) in communication with the outside; and the gas stove can recover waste heat and is high in heat efficiency.
