摘要

A decolourization and deproteinization method of brown algae polysaccharide, relating to the field of deep processing of brown algae. The method is a method of UV in combination with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The method specifically comprises: obtaining brown algae polysaccharide by extracting, by means of a hot-water method, brown algae after drying and smashing, then dissolving the brown algae polysaccharide in an aqueous solution containing H2O2, irradiating the brown algae polysaccharide solution under ultraviolet light, performing deproteinization and decolourization on the brown algae polysaccharide by using 2.5-10.0 mg/mL of the mass concentration of the brown algae polysaccharide, 25-150 mmol/L of the concentration of H2O2, and 1.0-2.0 h of ultraviolet irradiation time duration. The method has the advantages of not using acid, alkali, and organic solvents, and being green and pollution-free, easy in operation, safe, economical and time-saving.
