The one or more forces acting on the one or more turbines use an amount of electrical energy that is less than the electrical energy produced by the rotation of the one or more turbines about themselves, whether the turbine is disposed horizontally, vertically or inclined. The rotational forces or single force that affects one or more turbines is generated by one or more motors that draw in and expel air or a gas having a suitable force, to rotate the turbine and produce electrical energy, the one or more motors drawing in and expelling fluids or a fluid mixed with gas or air. It is possible to use electric motors having an axle (shaft) to the end of which a rotor used in launches (small boats) is secured. The one or more motors has suitable power to rotate the turbine and produce electrical energy. The two methods can be used together. Naturally, in all cases, a transmission assembly is included, which multiplies the slow movement of the turbine, reaching a number of revolutions suitable for a dynamo that produces the electrical energy, taking into account the resistance produced by the gearbox and the dynamo.
