A heat convection generation system (100) is provided with a flow path chip (400) and a heat convection generation device (200). The flow path chip (400) has a plurality of ring-shaped flow paths (420). The heat convection generation device (200) has a center axis (AX) and allows the flow path chip (400) to circle around the center axis (AX). The heat convection generation device (200) is equipped with a heat source (300). The heat source (300) heats the plurality of ring-shaped flow paths (420) separately to heat-convect a liquid contained in each of the plurality of ring-shaped flow paths (420). Each of the plurality of ring-shaped flow paths (420) has a longer axis (LA), a first linear portion (421) and a second linear portion (422). The first linear portion (421) is arranged on one side of the longer axis (LA) and extends along the longer axis (LA). The second linear portion (422) is arranged on the other side of the longer axis (LA) and extends along the longer axis (LA). The shape of the first linear portion (421) and the shape of the second linear portion (422) are different from each other.
