As a cooling device equipped with a self-excited vibration heat pipe used for moving objects such as railway vehicles, the usable temperature range is expanded, and performance deterioration when the flow path is suddenly damaged is reduced, improving reliability. The power conversion device according to the present invention includes a semiconductor element constituting the power conversion circuit and a cooling device for cooling the heat generated from the semiconductor element, and the cooling device includes a self-excited vibration heat pipe. The excitation heat pipe has a plurality of closed flow paths arranged in parallel.
