Provided is an electronic control device, whereby size reduction and weight reduction can be achieved, and high reliability can be maintained even in severe environment. This electronic control device is provided with: a control substrate; a connector, one end of which is connected to the control substrate, and the other end of which is connected to an external terminal; and a housing that covers the control substrate, and at least a connecting section of the connector, said connecting section being connected to the control substrate. The electronic control device is characterized in that the housing is formed of a resin and a metal plate, the metal plate has a bent portion in an outer peripheral section thereof, and the bent portion is covered with the resin.
