The joint capsule is punctured 5 mm distocervically the area of the capsulotomy and the subsequent P-shaped passing of sutures from the nodeless PushLock anchor fastener is carried out through the joint capsule. The hip is bent up to 20-30°, the sutures are tied and cut at a level of 5 mm above the node.
