PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degradable intestinal bypass stent which can be used for complete bypass of feces and whose fistula opening is naturally closed and does not require secondary surgery. A degradable complete intestinal bypass stent comprising an intestinal fixation portion 1. The intestinal fixation portion includes a circular tube 11 that constitutes a tortuous anastomotic section of the intestinal incision on both sides, and a trumpet-shaped opening 12 that gradually expands is connected to both ends of the circular tube. A convex ring 13 for ligating the intestinal stump is installed in the vicinity of the shaped opening. A blocking film 2 for partitioning the hollow cavity is installed in the hollow cavity of the circular tube, and the intestinal tract fixing portion and the blocking film are made of a biodegradable material having biocompatibility.
