PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of stably supplying a material in a pellet state between a groove forming surface of a rotor and a barrel. SOLUTION: A plasticizing device is rotated by a drive motor, and has a rotor having a groove forming surface in which a first groove portion is formed along a rotation direction, a rotor case accommodating the rotor, and facing the groove forming surface. A barrel having a through hole, a first heating portion for heating the rotor or the barrel, and a cooling mechanism for cooling the side surface of the rotor are provided. The plasticizer plasticizes the material supplied between the first groove and the barrel by the rotation of the rotor and the heating by the first heating part, and flows out from the through hole, and the side surface of the rotor is made of the material in the first groove.
