PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit high surface curability even under wet conditions, so that white turbidity of the surface is unlikely to occur even if moisture comes into contact at the initial stage of curing, and the cured product exhibits high mechanical properties and is excellent in low water absorption expansion. To provide a dental resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement composition that exhibits color resistance and excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: (a) a powder material containing an acid-reactive glass powder, (b) water, (c) a polymer of an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer, and (d) a (meth) acrylate-based polymerization having a hydroxyl group. It is composed of a liquid material containing a sex monomer and (e) a trifunctional or higher (meth) acrylamide-based polymerizable monomer, and (f) a polymerization initiator on at least one of the powder material and the liquid material. To provide a dental resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement composition containing (g) an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer in at least one of the powder material and the liquid material.
