PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfur-modified chloroprene rubber which is excellent in compression set and scorch resistance and can obtain a vulcanized product having reduced heat generation. A rubber composition containing sulfur-modified chloroprene rubber having a specific mass ratio and total amount of the following terminal functional groups, and carbon black having an average particle diameter of 15 to 80 nm.
