PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a concrete piece from falling even when a relatively heavy concrete piece is peeled off from a concrete structure in a low temperature environment without increasing the possibility of a fire. Provided is a fall prevention method in which a fall prevention sheet can be easily installed. SOLUTION: By installing a fluororubber sheet 10 containing fluororubber having a fluorine content of 55 to 71% by mass on the surface of a concrete structure, a falling concrete piece is prevented from falling from the concrete structure.
