PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle for a plasma rotating electrode method which can reduce a repair cost when a bearing is damaged, does not cause loosening of a joint portion, and can suppress shaft shake during rotation. SOLUTION: A spindle main body 11 has a bush portion 21 provided on the front end side so that one end of an electrode member can be attached, and an attachment portion 22 provided on the rear end side so as to be attached to a rotary drive means. It has an intermediate portion 23 provided between the bush portion 21 and the mounting portion 22. The spindle body 11 has a substantially circular outer shape in a cross section perpendicular to the length direction, and is composed of a member in which at least the bush portion 21 and the intermediate portion 23 are integrally molded.
