9426. Blancher, C. April 23. Copying documents &c.-Relates to a roughened plate to replace the narrow file-like plate usually employed in making copying-stencils. A sheet of metal gauze or other roughened sheet of suitable material, of the size of the stencil material, is used, placed on a thin flexible sheet of metal or other material.
