Miners' dress and personal equipments.- Relates to a respirator for use by firemen, miners, and others working in a deleterions atmosphere. A mask A of waterproof material carries a gauze cage B of segmental form filled with sponge &c. saturated with water or disinfectant. The mask is provided with a rubber edging D and a metal nose-piece E to ensure it fitting closely to the face and is secured by straps a1, a' fixed by elastic loops &c.
