Figs. 2 and 3 show the sovereign purse B, with hinged lid b1 attached to the portion a1 of a clasp A. Fig. 5 shows another form, with a purse of watch pattern, and Fig. 4 shows the purse attached to a buckle. The purse may be formed with a pivoted or sliding cover, or with a cover jointed to open near the top like a locket. The cover may open with a spring. The purse may be soldered, riveted, screwed, clipped, or otherwise secured in position.
