Buttons, attaching.-The threads, by means of which a holed-button D, Fig. 3, is sewn to a garment, are passed through a thin metal, celluloid, &c. curved ferrule A, which, as shown in Fig. 2, may be formed with projections B to engage the holes of the buttons. The ferrule A may also be provided with projections B on the underside by means of which the cloth C is firmly gripped.
