Machines for making.-In brush drilling and tufting machines, the work-holders 14, 15 are carried by vertical and horizontal slides 13, 11 on a sliding sleeve 2, which, with the shaft 3 journalled in the sleeve, is reciprocated by an eccentric on the main shaft, to move the work to and from the drilling and tufting tools.
