Ratchetteeth and pawls prevent the dials fro-n moving too far, and the dials are provided with scales and with fixed pointers attached to their axles, a glazed opening allowing of their inspection. The link e3, hinged at f, passes through a slot in a piece f1, Fig. 7, the end f of which takes into a slot in the punch F. A block f4 on a sliding piece f is pressed by a spring f6 into the path of a projection f7 on the piece f1, thereby locking the punch, until a ticket inserted in the clot 3 presses back the endf of the sliding piece.
