G a s burners.- A valve for regulating the supply of gas to bunsen burners consists, as shown in Fig. 1, of a conical plug c which is held away from its seat by a spring b and adjusted by a lateral screw acting on the lower conical end c1 of the plug. The shank of the valve is provided with longitudinal ribs to guide it in its casing a, the spaces between the ribs affording a passage for the gas. The casing a enters the mixing chamber.
