Pendants; lockets; jewellery fastenings.-A pendant intended to enclose a miniature or the like, or to be used as a fastening for a bracelet, necklace, or the like, consists of two symmetrical parts which engage and are secured together by means of catches. The halfparts are shown separately as a and b, Figs. 5, 6, 7, 8. They are provided with flanges shown in Figs. 7 and 8, which fit together when the parts are connected. The attachment is made primarily by the stops d, Figs. 5 and 7, engaging in the slots c, c2, Figs. 6 and 8, a rotary motion being g given to the parts, and is completed by the closing of the catch a3, b3, Fig. 9, which connects the rings a', b1.
