The driving-disk 1 is moved along the shaft 2 by a nut or hand-wheel 6 and spring 7, to vary the power transmitted, and the following disk 3 is moved along the spindle 4 by a bracket 9, adjusted by a screw shaft 12, to regulate the speed.
