Electrolytes; copper, depositing.-Copper is deposited by electrolyzing a solution obtained by roasting zinc - sulphide ores so as to obtain a maximum of zinc sulphate, dissolving out the sulphate with water, and treating the residue containing zinc and copper oxides with sulphuric acid which has been evolved during the roasting.
