Disinfecting.-Articles are disinfected, and wood worms and moth and other parasitic larvµ destroyed, by subjecting the articles in a closed vessel to a vacuum for at least forty-five minutes, to remove air from the interstices, and then admitting carbon disulphide vapour or other suitable disinfectant.
