S t e a m separators.-A steam separator adapted to fit over the end of an exhaust pipe, and intended for use on steamships, consists of an annular chamber C having a tapering outlet F, which projects inwardly towards a central sleeve B fitted to the exhaust pipe A. The chamber is formed in two parts, which are bolted together, as shown. The separated water is carried away through the outlet H. Specification No. 8361, A.D. 1905, is referred to.
